First let me say, I never write negative online reviews because I recognize thing happen that are unforeseable in any business...but this was horrible at the worst possible time. I initially called All American Auto Transport (formally AAA Transport according to their email signature...likely due to past poor reviews) due to a friend who said she'd had a good experience. I figured it had to be the way to go. When I called to make a reservation they were very good about answering the phone and charging me the entire amount to have the car transported. The deposit was $200 but then they immediately charged the additional $645 to my credit card. I assumed this was standard so I had no problem with it. I was told my car would be picked up between April 3rd and April 5th as I'd informed them I was leaving on a one way flight April 6th. April 3rd I made a phone call to check the status only to hear an automated voice say "you are second in the cue". I was then led to a voicemail with no returned phone call. This persisted for the next 48 hours with no returned phone call after 8 progressively angrier voicemails from me. I eventually reversed the payment on my credit card and am now using another service. I'd recommend using another service besides this company. Thankfully my credit card company saved the day but the inconvenience has been a nightmare!
